Pop the chicken wings into a bowl, along with the ingredients shown in the recipe. Give it a good toss until the wings are completely coated then place onto the crisp plate within your air, fryer drawer, spray with oil and cook at 200°c for 16 minutes shaking halfway through.
Pour the sweet chilli sauce and soy into a pan over a medium heat, then add in the cooked wings, toss well to coat, then scatter in the fresh coriander and a good squeeze of lime juice. Finally to serve, scatter over as much fresh chilli as you dare.
