Apple and Blackberry Crumble (serves 6)
1: Pop the butter into a pan, then add the apples, blackberries and sugar then cook gently for around 10 minutes, transfer to a buttered baking dish.
2: Meanwhile add the cubed butter and flour to a bowl, rub together until the mix resembles breadcrumbs, add the sugar and oats then mix well. Top the fruit with a generous amount of the crumble and bake in a pre-heated oven set at 200c / gas mark 6 for 15-20 minutes or until golden. Leave to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
